How can I avoid RabbitMQ duplicate messages?

1. Enable the message deduplication plugin.
2. Enable x-message-deduplication in the parameters of queues that should avoid duplicates.
3. Add an x-deduplication-header header with a unique ID value in the headers of messages.
If the plugin encounters any second or more messages with the same value for this header, it will remove the message before it can be published to that queue.
