Frequently asked questions about Memphis.dev Cloud

How does Memphis interpret Gigabyte (GB)?

1,024 Megabytes.

What is "GB in"?

The total number of produced messages in gigabytes.

What is "GB out"?

The total number of consumed messages in gigabytes.
If a message weighs 1 GB and has been read twice, the GB out counter will show 2GB.

How does the free plan limitation work?

The 2 GB is the maximum threshold for message production and consumption. That means that if you produced 1.7GB, you will left with 0.3GB for consumption. The counter will decrease for both operations at once.

What is your SLA?

Each ticket severity has a different SLA. Highest is 1-2 hours. A custom SLA can be shorter.

Do you support "trial" periods for POC and extended evaluation periods?

Yes we do. Please reach out via this contact form and a sales representative will engage.

What is the "included storage"?

With each plan, and part of the base plan payment, some portion of storage is included with the plan. Usage meters will start to count traffic only once the included storage is depleted.

Does Memphis.dev Cloud compliant with SOC2?

Yes. Memphis is fully compliant with SOC2 Type I, GDPR, and by the end
of 2023 - SOC2 Type 2 and ISO27001 will be supported as well.
